We flew into the city, jumped into a cab through the busy suburbs to the incredibly tight streets of Chinatown. Yangon hit us in the face like a ton of bricks. What an incredible city… wow!

Two Days in Mandalay, Myanmar
We are so glad we didn’t take the advice to skip it because we actually really liked Mandalay. The people were truly friendly everywhere and the sights were well worth visiting.
